Licensed in 2008, I am a Los Angeles based, freelance litigation attorney. Since 2009, I have been working with small and medium sized law firms throughout Southern California on a freelance basis. Over the years, I have worked on a multitude of cases from a multi-million dollar trademark infringement case to a wrongful death case. To that end, I generally split my time between personal injury, business litigation, and estate planning.
I am a nationally recognized expert on the area of wedding law, and am consistently relied upon for my expertise in media outlets such as The Knot, Slate, and The New York Times. I received my B.A. in Political Science from UCLA (’02) and my J.D. from Seattle University (’06).
When not practicing law, writing, or speaking, I love to be active and outdoors. I am a two year long member of the Pasadena Pacers running group, and enjoy spending time with my husband and our boxer-mix, Scout.
